How to make Pala

Our small batch productions are designed to preserve the amazing properties of our raw ingredients without nutritional loss.

1. Measuring and mixing: The ingredients are measured precisely and mixed thoroughly according to the recipe and batch size.
2. Grinding: The ingredients are ground into a uniform mass.
3. Air drying: The ground mixture is placed in sterile drying chambers where it is gently air dried at low temperatures over an extended period of time until the ideal moisture content is achieved. This gentle process preserves proteins, enzymes and amino acids.
4. Shaping and Packaging: Once the mixture is dry, it is cut into our signature Pala shapes and packaged immediately to preserve freshness.
