We ship with GLS to parcel shops or home delivery.
Please note total weight includes packaging.
For example, two 15kg bags weigh approx. 32kg including packaging.
If your order weighs more than the above, the order will automatically be divided into several packages and will always be calculated as the cheapest possible solution by the selected supplier.
The shipping price is determined when ordering at check out, as it depends on the total weight.
Expected delivery time for items in stock is 1-3 business days (usually faster)
For sold out items, there is an expected delivery time of up to 5-10 business days - please note that there may be longer delivery times in connection with holidays, public holidays and other general closing days, as well as events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, birthdays, etc.
We always ship your order as soon as possible and whenever possible on weekdays the same day if you have ordered before 1:00 PM.
Please note that your order may be delivered in multiple packages! We pack in one package whenever possible, but for orders with fragile items, such as buckets, we often ship in multiple packages to avoid damage in transit.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel an agreement without giving any reason within 14 days.
Please note that food, supplementary food, treats and natural snacks cannot be returned for health reasons.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person of your choice (not including the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
If you have ordered multiple items in one order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the withdrawal period will run from the time you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the last item.
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
You can cancel by notifying us that you have cancelled. For example, you can send a letter or an e-mail stating that you have cancelled to Fjeldgaardshop.dk, Pedersmindevej 40, Stensby, 5485 Skamby, 42776077, kontakt@fjeldgaardshop.dk.
Return of the item and return costs
If you have regretted the purchase of an item, you must send or deliver the item to Pedersmindevej 40, Stensby, 5485 Skamby without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to regret your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the items before the expiry of the 14 days.
Goods cannot be sent cash on delivery or without delivery.
You must pay for the return of the item yourself. You can purchase a return label here for 29 kr. - HERE
Refund of money upon cancellation
When you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs.
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned.
We will make such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
Testing of the product and packaging
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
You may normally examine the item in the same way as you can and should in a store, but you may not use it. If you have used it in a way that you cannot and should not in a store, and we cannot resell it, or cannot resell it at full price, you can expect us to deduct the loss in value from the amount you are due. If the item no longer has a market value, we will not refund the purchase price.
You must return the item in the original packaging.
You should also ensure that the item is properly packaged when you return it. You bear the risk of the package/items until we receive them. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and any track and trace number.
If you buy a product and there is a defect in it - e.g. a material or manufacturing defect - the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply. You have a 24-month right of complaint, provided you complain within a reasonable time. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and you must receive a receipt for sending it. Keep the postal receipt including information about shipping costs and any track and trace number.
