It is not permitted to bring bags or nets into the store, these are dropped off at the checkout.

Can I collect my order?

You are always welcome to collect your order from us.

You simply select collection under shipping method and you will then receive an email when the order is packed and ready for collection.

When collecting, you simply use your order number on the door handle display and can then pick up your order - whenever it suits you around the clock, incl. weekends, holy days etc

If your order is urgent, please give us a call. We continuously check incoming orders and prepare goods for collection.

Nordic MEGA Vitality is composed so that your horse can be given the product daily together with ample amounts of roughage and be covered with all the nutrients that are needed, including vitamins and minerals. The daily feeding amount is very small due to, among other things, the optimal composition and the ingredients that can be found in their natural form, which makes the product very easily absorbed by the horse

Nordic MEGA Vitality contains a complex composition of carefully selected raw materials that add properties to the product that support a healthy metabolism, strengthen the immune system and optimize digestion. This is especially an advantage when the horse's internal processes are under pressure when, for example, changing feed or fur. Just as horses that have some deficiencies in connection with feeding can benefit greatly from a complete boost as well as the right allocation of vitamins and minerals in the right conditions. The raw materials that can be found in Nordic MEGA Vitality are carefully processed so that they add ingredients in their natural form that significantly increases absorption.

Carrots and beetroot are base-forming and optimize the ratio for the good bacteria in the horse's large intestine. These also contain vitamins and minerals and are full of antioxidants. Beetroot especially strengthens the immune system. The effect of the root vegetables is strengthened by the presence of brown flax seeds.

Both anise, fennel and cumin have a positive effect on the digestive system. It reduces bloating by regulating bowel movements. Fennel is given with great effect to mares that lack milk production and is especially rich in AB and C vitamins as well as iron and zinc.

Icelandic seaweed primarily supplies important electrolytes and antioxidants that are particularly suitable for horses that perform at their maximum. In addition, Icelandic seaweed contains healthy omega 3 and 6 fatty acids and ensures an easier absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins. The ingredients in Icelandic seaweed ensure a regulation of the fat balance in the skin and hair follicles, whereby it has a positive effect on horses with irritated dry and scaly skin. In addition, Icelandic seaweed strengthens hair and hoof quality and their growth.

Spirulina is a freshwater plant known for its complex nutritional content. In particular, the content is rich in magnesium, iron, copper and manganese. In short, spirulina's special composition contributes to healthier fur and hooves, just as the content increases the availability of vital substances and especially strengthens the immune system and the horse's internal processes.

Stinging nettle is particularly rich in silicon, which increases resistance to unwanted bacteria while also strengthening both skin, hair and hooves. Stinging nettle contains nutrients that strengthen the immune system and is seen effectively in connection with joint and tendon problems.

All in all, a complex and carefully composed supplement for your horse, both if you want to use a natural vitamin and mineral supplement with a low feeding amount or if you want to give a boost that strengthens the horse's internal immune processes and optimizes digestion as well as skin, hair and hooves.

The horse's processes and especially digestion are under pressure when changing fur and feed. Here, as a rule, more b vitamins are consumed than can be formed by the microorganisms in the horse's intestine. This can lead to fatigue as well as increased activation of the immune system. Likewise, there is a greater need for fats during shedding. These deficiencies and pressured processes result in a reduced efficiency of the horse's performance and will be advantageously optimized by awarding Nordic MEGA Vitality.

Since Nordic Horse products are 100% natural and without additives, they need to "breathe". They should therefore be stored dry, cool and raised from the ground - in the original packaging which is adapted to each individual product.

What is the shipping cost?

We ship to Pakkeshop and home delivery, as well as businesses with PostNord & GLS.

The price for shipping depends on the number of kilos the total order weighs. This price is shown when ordering.

We ship from 29 DKK and can offer free delivery for purchases over 499 DKK to parcel shops (max. 20 kg.) and 1499 DKK for home delivery (max. 30 kg. GLS and max. 35 kg. PostNord incl. packaging.)

We ship to all of Denmark and several countries in the EU. We do not ship to Greenland and the Faroe Islands .

Possibility of purchase in our store every weekday from 10:00-12:00

What if I regret my purchase?

At Fjeldgaardshop.dk, we want you and your pet to be as happy as possible with your new products.

If you wish to exchange an item, you must contact our customer service at kontakt@fjeldgaardshop.dk for information in connection with exchange. You then send back the item that you want to exchange.

When we receive your returned package with your order number, as well as instructions that you want your item refunded, we will refund your money to the card used for payment.

We will of course send you an email when we pay your money back and your return order has then been completed.

REMEMBER! For health/veterinary reasons, we unfortunately cannot take back the following items:

  • Food, treats and everything else edible

We cannot do this, as we are not allowed to resell a product that may have been spoiled by incorrect storage (sun, temperature, cold, etc., infection from other animals, etc.) For the same reason, ALL feed that is sent back in case of a complaint/ taste guarantee etc.

What is the delivery time?

We normally deliver all orders within 1-3 business days, provided that all items on the order are in stock.

If you have ordered a sold out item, the delivery time may vary by 5-10 business days.

Expected delivery time is stated on the individual items. Remember that the delivery time is EXPECTED, i.e. the delivery time can be both longer or shorter. If you have an urgent order, we always recommend purchasing an item that is in stock.

When we sell out-of-stock items, it is an opportunity for you as a customer to buy exactly the quantity you want, against an expected longer delivery time, as we do not have large quantities of each item in stock, but are happy to order items to your home :)

We of course strive to get your order out as quickly as possible.

How can I pay?

We accept payment with Anyday, Apple Pay, Dankort, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard credit card, Mastercard debit card, Mobilepay, ViaBill, Visa, Visa debit.
If an international payment card (such as Visa or Mastercard) is used, the order amount will be reserved on your bank account immediately. In the event of a cancellation, the reservation of the amount will typically be canceled/released after 1-2 banking days. However, some banks may take up to 30 days to cancel a reservation.

The amount is only deducted when the item is dispatched.

If you have ordered several items and one of the items is backordered, we will only deduct the payment for this item when the item is dispatched.

Do you have free returns?

We do not have free return shipping, this means that you have to pay for the return of the item yourself. You can buy a return label here for DKK 29. - HERE

You have the right to cancel an agreement without reason within 14 days.

Please note that feed, supplementary feed, treats and natural snacks cannot be canceled for health reasons

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person chosen by you (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

If you have ordered several items in one order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the cancellation period runs from when you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the last item.

If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.

How to use the right of withdrawal

You regret by notifying us that you regret. You can, for example, send a letter or an e-mail stating that you regret to Fjeldgaardshop.dk, Pedersmindevej 40, Stensby, 5485 Skamby, 42776077, kontakt@fjeldgaardshop.dk.

You can use the law's standard cancellation form cancellation form , but it is not mandatory. The cancellation form can be found at the end of the order confirmation.
The cancellation period has been met if you send your notice that you regret the purchase before the cancellation period has expired.

Return of the item and return costs

If you have regretted the purchase of an item, you must send or deliver the item to Pedersmindevej 40, Stensby, 5485 Skamby without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.

Goods cannot be sent per cash on delivery or without distribution.
