Yes, we have a physical store which is open every weekday from 10.00-12.00 (Closed all weekends and public holidays)
Please note that you can only pay with mobilepay or cash in the store.
If you want to be sure that your item is reserved for you, you must order via the webshop and select collection.
It is not permitted to bring bags or nets into the store, these are dropped off at the checkout.

You are always welcome to collect your order from us.
You simply select collection under shipping method and you will then receive an email when the order is packed and ready for collection.
When collecting, you simply use your order number on the door handle display and can then pick up your order - whenever it suits you around the clock, incl. weekends, holy days etc
If your order is urgent, please give us a call. We continuously check incoming orders and prepare goods for collection.

What is the shipping cost?
We ship to Pakkeshop and home delivery, as well as businesses with PostNord & GLS.
The price for shipping depends on the number of kilos the total order weighs. This price is shown when ordering.
We ship from 29 DKK and can offer free delivery for purchases over 499 DKK to parcel shops (max. 20 kg.) and 1499 DKK for home delivery (max. 30 kg. GLS and max. 35 kg. PostNord incl. packaging.)
We ship to all of Denmark and several countries in the EU. We do not ship to Greenland and the Faroe Islands .

What if I regret my purchase?
At Fjeldgaardshop.dk, we want you and your pet to be as happy as possible with your new products.
If you wish to exchange an item, you must contact our customer service at kontakt@fjeldgaardshop.dk for information in connection with exchange. You then send back the item that you want to exchange.
When we receive your returned package with your order number, as well as instructions that you want your item refunded, we will refund your money to the card used for payment.
We will of course send you an email when we pay your money back and your return order has then been completed.
REMEMBER! For health/veterinary reasons, we unfortunately cannot take back the following items:
- Food, treats and everything else edible
We cannot do this, as we are not allowed to resell a product that may have been spoiled by incorrect storage (sun, temperature, cold, etc., infection from other animals, etc.) For the same reason, ALL feed that is sent back in case of a complaint/ taste guarantee etc.
What is the delivery time?
We normally deliver all orders within 1-3 business days, provided that all items on the order are in stock.
If you have ordered a sold out item, the delivery time may vary by 5-10 business days.
Expected delivery time is stated on the individual items. Remember that the delivery time is EXPECTED, i.e. the delivery time can be both longer or shorter. If you have an urgent order, we always recommend purchasing an item that is in stock.
When we sell out-of-stock items, it is an opportunity for you as a customer to buy exactly the quantity you want, against an expected longer delivery time, as we do not have large quantities of each item in stock, but are happy to order items to your home :)
We of course strive to get your order out as quickly as possible.
How can I pay?
We accept payment with Anyday, Apple Pay, Dankort, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard credit card, Mastercard debit card, Mobilepay, ViaBill, Visa, Visa debit.
If an international payment card (such as Visa or Mastercard) is used, the order amount will be reserved on your bank account immediately. In the event of a cancellation, the reservation of the amount will typically be canceled/released after 1-2 banking days. However, some banks may take up to 30 days to cancel a reservation.
The amount is only deducted when the item is dispatched.
If you have ordered several items and one of the items is backordered, we will only deduct the payment for this item when the item is dispatched.

You have the right to cancel an agreement without reason within 14 days.
Please note that feed, supplementary feed, treats and natural snacks cannot be canceled for health reasons
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person chosen by you (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several items in one order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the cancellation period runs from when you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the last item.
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.
How to use the right of withdrawal
You regret by notifying us that you regret. You can, for example, send a letter or an e-mail stating that you regret to Fjeldgaardshop.dk, Pedersmindevej 40, Stensby, 5485 Skamby, 42776077, kontakt@fjeldgaardshop.dk.
You can use the law's standard cancellation form cancellation form , but it is not mandatory. The cancellation form can be found at the end of the order confirmation.
The cancellation period has been met if you send your notice that you regret the purchase before the cancellation period has expired.
Return of the item and return costs
If you have regretted the purchase of an item, you must send or deliver the item to Pedersmindevej 40, Stensby, 5485 Skamby without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.
Goods cannot be sent per cash on delivery or without distribution.

Welcome to FjeldgaardShop.dk – a passionate webshop dedicated to animal welfare and sustainability. My name is Sarah Jensby Fjeldgaard, and I am the founder of FjeldgaardShop.dk. With a solid background as an experienced animal keeper and trained agricultural technologist, I bring both practical experience and theoretical knowledge to our store.
I have worked intensively with animal care and animal welfare for many years, and my knowledge and expertise enable me to offer the best quality products for both animals and their owners. FjeldgaardShop.dk is located on our disused farm, where we are surrounded by horses, chickens, dogs, cats and rabbits. This close connection to nature and animals creates a solid foundation for providing products and advice tailored to both the animals' needs and sustainability.
