We give a 30-day deadline - However, everything that can be eaten, e.g. treats, snacks and food, is not subject to the return deadline due to the risk of incorrect storage and spread of infection, cf. the Danish Food Authority's regulations.

You pay the return shipping yourself and the label can be purchased from Fjeldgaardshop.dk for just 29 kr.

You can pick up your order as soon as you have received an email from us stating that your order is ready for pickup.

Follow the instructions in the email and pick up whenever it suits you.

We pack and ship every weekday until 1:00 p.m. After that, there is a 1-3 day delivery time with GLS.

Please note that non-stocked Nordic Horse products have a delivery time of 5-10 business days.

We recommend that you order well in advance, especially for feed, as we may risk that our suppliers are out of stock or that delivery times may be longer due to holidays, public holidays, etc.
